Back-order means we are waiting for this item from our suppliers. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific date of when we can expect the item. Your order will be placed in a queue and new stock is given to those with the earliest order dates. Normal lead times do not apply to back-ordered items. As soon as the item is in stock, we will change the status of the product.
Our images have been digitally composed to allow you to visualise the finished look. While we take every effort to make the images as accurate as possible variations will always occur due to factors like, slight variations between fabric batches and the colour cast of your devices screen. It’s always best to use the images as a guide and use our free sample service to see a physical product.

We supply the relevant brackets to fix individual blind types but we don’t include screws or rawl plugs, each installation is unique and requires different components for different windows.
Yes, we now supply Perfect Fit Shutters.
Top fix is generally used inside a recess or when you want to attach the brackets to the TOP of a horizontal surface. Face fix is generally used when fitting blinds outside of a recess or directly to the FACE of a vertical surface.

We will update you if any products are out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible but we are reliant on our suppliers notifying us of any issues.
We supply made to measure blinds which are bespoke to our customers’ needs and requirements therefore we cannot resell any products returned to us. Contact our customer service team if you have any damages, faults or other issues with any products we have supplied.

Unfortunately a return cannot be made due to this being a made to measure product. However if you’ve taken out our measurement insurance, then you’re in luck, just contact us with your details and we’ll guide you through the process.

Despatch & Delivery
We will send samples via royal mail so allow up to five days from receipt of order.
Standard blinds will be despatched within 5-7 working days.
TNT/Tufnell’s
We will provide notification that your order has been despatched on a next day service, it will arrive between 9 am – 6 pm the following day and will require a signature for proof of delivery. Failing to do so could result in the courier taking the goods back to your local depot.

Due to the nature of our business this isn’t always viable, we supply bespoke made to measure products and sometimes blinds will go in to production depending on the popularity of the blind, fabric or material. We can’t guarantee amendments can be made but we will do our upmost to try where possible.
Once your order has been submitted new blinds can’t be added so a new purchase order will need to be raised.
Where possible we will deliver split orders together but lead times vary on different blind types so you may get separate deliveries.
We will always advise that you check the product throroughly as soon as possible after delivery. If you find damage, then please contact our customer service team to discuss any faults or damages. We would strongly recommend you inform us as soon as possible. Especially if it is suspected carrier damage so we can claim and remake the blind FOC. Please be aware will always ask for photo’s to be sent via email.
We manufacture our blinds based on your specific requirements and don’t offer refunds on made to measure products that haven’t incurred carrier damage or are faulty. Please use our free sample service to ensure you get the right product to suit your home.
If you have only received part of an order please get in touch and we will contact our courier.
We would advise you to only book trades people in once you have received your order in good working condition. If someone else is fitting your blinds, then make sure you have thoroughly checked the items as soon as they are delivered.
General Product Queries
This will be available in future but we are not able to supply slats only at this time.
Blinds with a slim head rail suit bay windows to maximise window coverage. Venetian, pleated, and roman blinds would be our recommendation. The issue with blinds fitted at bay windows are the gaps between blinds when butting them up to each other. We recommend using blinds where the main part is as wide as the headrail. These would include 25mm Venetians, Pleated and Roman blinds.

We recommend Vertical or Allusion Blinds if to fit into the recess of your opening. Perfect Fit Blinds for patio doors and INTU micro for BiFold doors, if fitting to the actual doors.
PVC is ideal for moist conditions and is durable and easy to clean. We would also recommend PVC for children’s bedrooms.

We manufacture all our blinds to be child safe and supply you with the necessary child safety devices. Any supplied devices must be fitted to make your blind child safe.
