Even with all that information, sometimes mistakes happen and that’s where our MissMeasure insurance comes in real handy.
To take advantage of this brilliant feature you only have to add the MissMeasure insurance to your order at the checkout and if anything goes wrong regarding the size of your blind, we’ll send you one at the right size.
Terms:
- Our MissMeasure insurance covers incorrect measurements only and products will only be replaced with the same specification as per the original order with the exception of the relevant sizing issue.
- The replacement blind must be smaller than the original, if larger a cost difference is required to be paid. No refunds are given when the replacement is smaller.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- You will be required to send back the original blind at your own cost, please keep the original packaging. We cannot be responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the transit to us.
If the blind arrives damaged, we reserve the right to cancel the MissMeasure insurance and stop production of your replacement, no monies will be returned. Where possible, we will alter your original blind to the new specifications, instead of manufacturing a brand new one. - The MissMeasure insurance can only be activated once per order and only for the order it was purchased with, it is not transferable between orders. The MissMeasure insurance does not transfer to the replacement blind.
- If you have multiple blinds that are the wrong size on the same order and MissMeasure insurance was purchased, you can only claim for one single blind.
- If the exact product has become obsolete or discontinued, then a similar replacement will be offered.
- In the case of Vertical and Allusion blinds, if the claim can be fulfilled by only replacing either the fabric or the headrail, then a full blind replacement will not be issued.
- If the similar replacement is refused, then the MissMeasure insurance cost will be refunded. The original item cost will not be refunded.
- If the prices have increased between your purchase and the activation of the MissMeasure insurance, then you will be required to cover the difference.
- If the original purchase was made using a promotion, and the promotion has ended at the time of insurance claim, and the replacement required is larger. The cost difference to be covered will be calculated as the difference between the original purchased price and the current regular price.
- Payment for delivery of the new blind must be made before it is despatched, this will be charged at our standard rate, based on your postcode.
- Your Blinds Direct Ltd reserves the right to cancel or cease offering this MissMeasure insurance without prior notice.
