What’s New we hear you ask?
Well in 2024 we are going to be expanding our range of blinds that we offer.
New Pleated blinds
Our Pleated blinds use a Duette® Honeycomb structured fabric which helps your house
stay snug when it’s cold and cool when it’s hot. Other benefits from this fabric style are
energy efficiency, sound absorption and light filtering.
The Pleated blind types we are planning to add to our collection this year are manually
operated free-hanging blinds and tensioned blinds. These blinds are great for bedrooms
(blackout versions), sunrooms and conservatories, as well as living rooms.
They are so simple to operate and keep clean, which is why they’re one of the most
requested blind types.
New Velux style roof blinds
The elegant aluminium or white fascia and side channels house roller fabric discreetly
within the roof window. Our roof blinds have been designed to perfectly fit Velux,
new generation Velux, Rooflite, Keylite, Fakro & Dakstra roof windows. Offering
optimum light control each blind can be positioned effortlessly to sit at any desired
point within the side channels.
Available with a brand new selection of fabrics, choose from plain colours, designs,
dimout or blackout fabrics, to create a roof blind perfectly suited to your interior.
The main benefits of these Velux style roof blinds are:
- Easy Installation
- Compatible with all major roof window systems
- Optimum light control
- Wide fabric range
- Reduces heat loss/heat gain
- Aluminium or white hardware finishes available, to best suit your home
- Express delivery available on certain model/fabric combinations
We are also looking into the innovative world of augmented reality.
Augmented Reality (AR) is poised to redefine how we perceive and interact with the digital
and physical worlds. In this dynamic technological landscape, AR seamlessly integrates
computer-generated elements into our real-world environment, enhancing our sensory experiences.
Utilizing devices such as smartphones, smart glasses, or AR headsets, users can overlay digital
information onto their surroundings in real-time. This transformative technology finds applications
across various sectors, from gaming and entertainment to education, healthcare, and industry.
AR not only enriches gaming experiences with immersive overlays but also facilitates interactive
learning by superimposing educational content onto physical objects. While in retail, it enhances
the shopping experience by providing virtual try-ons or detailed product information.
As AR continues to evolve, its potential to bridge the gap between the virtual and physical
realms promises a future where the boundaries of reality are blurred, opening new avenues
for innovation and engagement.
Look out for all these exciting additions and more in 2024.
